We’ll cover the most important mindset shifts needed to reach your health and wellness goals, the eating habits you aren’t taking advantage of and introduce my super-easy approach that’ll remove the overwhelm and frustration so you can lose weight, gain energy, and sleep better.
This week, you’ll get a simple guideline that’ll take all the guesswork out of EVERY meal while we discuss why decision fatigue is keeping you stuck and robbing you of your time. You’ll also learn why cravings are an important tool for hormone and digestive health and how to use them to your advantage, as well as the easiest way to cut down on time in the kitchen. We’ll talk about exactly what foods YOU need to eat for energy, weight loss, better sleep, and a happy gut.
In week Four, we’ll tackle the unexpected reason stress is holding you back. You’ll learn how to sleep like you’re on vacation, get simple strategies for adding more balance into your life, and create a self-care practice that supports your lifestyle. Using my own step-by-step guides, I’ll show you how to create your own wellness sanctuary at home, explain exactly what healthy habits you should be incorporating into your day, and teach you how to ground yourself no matter what is going on in your world.
Week five is about why healthy movement matters, and it’s not what you think. I’ll help you create an exercise routine that you love (getting you results quicker) using simple tips for prioritizing movement (you can be one of those people who looks forward to it!). You’ll learn the best exercises to do when you’re feeling lazy, as well as the difference between intentional movement and working out so you can tone and burn fat in less time.
We'll cover how to track and sync with your cycle for better sleep, more energy, and balanced hormones. You will learn the practical tools I use every day to align with your flow and feel powerful and in control of your body. This is a new addition to the retreat based on feedback from previous programs and I look forward to diving in with you!
The method is not about strict rules or deprivation. It’s a completely new approach to health that has worked for me, my husband, and a growing number of former dieters.
You’ll never get lost in the sea of other members. To ensure a personalized, adaptable mentoring experience, space in each Thrive Your Way online retreat is intentionally limited so I can know and notice every name, every face, and every goal.
Food and exercise aren’t the main focus. We will take a whole week to dive into nutrition with lots of simple recipes and hacks, but the food choices you’ll make with Thrive Your Way won’t hold you back from reaching your health goals.
